The Service Integration Partner will play a key role in ensuring BD’s service management platform meets objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be implementing workflows specifically, gathering business requirements, facilitating UAT sessions and assisting in change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to our service integration platforms and center technology. The Service Integration Partner will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

On this position, you will facilitate process mapping sessions in which business requirements are gathered, manage stakeholders, conduct stakeholder UAT sessions and assist stakeholders with assessing change impact​. Apart from that, within the scope of the duties is to identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics, manage anticipated resistance and consult and coach center teams. Additionally, you will be creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and support communication and trainings efforts.

You will be also responsible for:

  • Support and engage senior leaders

  • Coach managers and supervisors

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Support change management at the organizational level

  • Manage the portfolio at the center level

To be a successful candidate you would need 5+ years’ experience in process mapping, experience driving and influencing teams at all levels.

Strong devotion to customer service and the ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors. Mandatory is to speak fluently in English and BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related Analytical field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Kaizen, Blitz background is strongly preferred. Familiarity with agile project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle are more than welcome.

  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills (Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics)

Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
