We are seeking for experienced Senior Project Manager, who will manage complex EMEA integration and process re-engineering projects.

You can become a part of global Enterprise Project Management Office Team, working with other project managers around the world to create work plans, track progress on work schedules, track budget progress and burn rates, keep plans up to date and publish results, create and present management reports on project outcomes and status.

This position is responsible for driving and managing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, anticipates tracks, manages, and communicates changes, risks, and mitigation actions associated with project delivery and works collaboratively with a wide range of resources and functions.

Also, in the scope of duties you will find:

  • managing wide team of cross-functional subject matter experts and consulting resources based in different sites

  • scope out business needs into project/program charter and governance model

  • managing process transformation activities driven by merge and acquisition process

  • facilitating efficient communication inside project organization to achieve desired outcomes (workshops, steering committees, status meetings, etc.) using PM best practices

We expect from from You min. 5 years proven ability to deliver successful projects as a Project Manager implementing business solutions with IT component. Fluent English is a must.

Furthermore, the following skills and experiences are required: ​ ​ ​

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience communicating to senior leadership,resource forecasting, resource capacity planning, demand management, financial and budget health,

  • Proven ability to work as part of a cross functional, cross business, virtual project teams, a desire and comfort working in a fast-pace environment,

  • Creates and maintains collaboration environments for projects, using O365 and MS Project or similar software,

  • Minimum a BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required, Masters degree desired,

  • Travel: Up to 25% internationally

  • PM certification desired (PMP, P2P, Agile)
