As a Senior HR ASC Specialist, you will have close collaboration with our main Stakeholders, you will provide a solid knowledge of Polish labor law legislation, identify ways to solve problems and improvement opportunities. You will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support to employees of the BD population in Wroclaw and Warsaw, via phone, chat, email & internal HR ticketing system.

You will deliver high quality, customer-oriented service and will act as an advisor for other team members by stepping beyond the assigned area of expertise to provide tailored solutions if needed. To be successful in this role you will ensure our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Successful candidates will need to have 1-2 years of related experience in HR with a focus on Polish Labour Law. You should have great communication skills in Polish and communicative level of English language.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate all day-to-day HR administration tasks: maintaining personnel files, preparing HR documents, supporting leaves, benefits, employee life-cycle processes.

  • Enter data into Workday and other HR databases/trackers

  • Maintain, fill in and generate all HR relevant reporting documentation

  • Participate in projects, improvement initiatives as required

  • Coordinate activities related with benefits (Life insurance, MultiKafeteria, Medical care and other)

  • Provide expertise to BD Associates over phone, e-mail, chat & internal ticketing system

  • Providing & sharing expertise in resolving easy to complex inquires

  • Establishing and updating standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resources programs

  • Identifying process gaps and leading improvements initiatives and CI projects

  • Pro-actively sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members by work shadowing, training and coaching to relevant extent

Furthermore, the following skills and experiences are required:

  • Solid understanding of labor legislation

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), related experience with Workday system will be an asset

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently

  • Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively

  • Multi-tasking capabilities to manage several caseloads
