BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Quality Administrator in Wroclaw, Poland
Job Description Summary
Currently we are looking for an Quality Administrator to support quality processes. This position actively participates in quality guidance in processes related to training and document control requirements and assisting with other quality processes.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for taking a leading role in the Compliance 2 Capability program as Local Process Coordinator and support Quality Team to maintain ISO 13485 certificate.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Support to users in installation of training modules, email addresses for initial access;
Creation /change of training curricula and assignation to associates, in collaboration with Functional Managers/Functional Team Leaders;
Providing periodic, on request status reports and information and guidance on the use of the training system;
Support to process and knowledge transfers, integration and other related activities for moving to global BD applications and meeting training requirements;
Processing of quality related documentation - paper based and in document control systems;
Communicating document changes and informing the organization regarding changes and new documentation;
Provides administrative job and reporting tasks to Quality Department, Internal Customers, and to the Wroclaw Share Service organization related to: CAPA system, Non-conformance system, Metrics and reporting, Change Management, Internal Customer Complaint’s system, Quality Management System;
Participate in creation of quality documents according to the requirements described in Quality Management System documentation, if needed.
As from a successful candidate, it is our important expectation that you have a relevant business experience and/or university degree, relevant experience in a multinational environment will an asset. Very good command of English is a must.
Furthermore, the following skills and experiences would be an asset:
Team player with good communication skills;
Positive Quality attitude;
Good knowledge of tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Visio will be the plus);
Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 will be a plus;
Basic knowledge of the ISO Quality Management System elements such as documentation handling, audits, CAPA, training programs, etc.;
Problem solving oriented;
Working in changing environment.
