Currently, we are looking for a Quality Administrator to support our Quality Assurance Department in BD European Shared Service in quality related areas:

Change Management, Risk Management, Trainings Management, Issues Management, Audits Management, Internal Customer Support.

On this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and review of quality documents and records

  • Managing process-related databases and logs

  • Providing periodic and on request status reports

  • Acting as a contact point and support for other QMS departments.

  • Provide Quality support for European Shared Service Internal Customers - Business Units and Go To Market Organization.

Successful, candidate should demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language

  • minimum Bachelors Degree in health care or scientific discipline or educational equivalent

  • Training or experience in health care or scientific discipline will be a plus

  • Team player with good communication skills;

  • Positive Quality attitude;

  • Good knowledge of tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Visio will be the plus);

  • Basic knowledge of Medical, Medical Devices or Pharma Market

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 will be a plus;

  • Basic knowledge of the ISO Quality Management System elements such as documentation handling, audits, CAPA, training programs, etc. will be a plus

  • Fast learner;

  • Problem solving oriented;

  • Working in a changing environment.
