Under the supervision of the Finance Compliance Manager, the Finance Compliance Analyst, will be planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting on compliance. Also, your task will be to support EUSSC Management in providing finance compliance expert knowledge to EUSSC and key stakeholders by means of training, facilitating compliance related meetings, providing support to remediate compliance challenges, reporting out on control self-assessment initiatives etc. ​

Additionally, you will be responsible for: ​ ​ ​

  • Be point of contact for internal and external audit partners. Translate audit request to EUSSC operational teams and ensure all is delivered in a timely manner.

  • Build close partnership with Finance Compliance Team to ensure one Finance Compliance message is given in both centers.

Main responsibilities/ Result areas:

  • Perform analyses of processes, controls, accounts by means of control self-assessment and report out to Management and key stakeholders

  • Produce a quarterly compliance dashboard

  • Upon request participate and represent Finance Compliance team in meetings with both internal and external EUSSC customers/stakeholders

  • SOX Coordination and perform SOX Super User tasks

  • Perform Control Self-Assessment on internal controls and/or SOX controls

  • Coordinate data delivery to internal and external auditors

  • Provide assistance to EUSSC associates in relation to compliance related matters/challenges

  • Provide periodical compliance training to the EUSSC organization on Finance compliance. Ensure new EUSSC associates are trained within 2 months after they start.

  • Identify finance compliance training needs and roll out training program

As from a successful candidate, it is our important expectation that you have related ​business or accounting degree (A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant COE, Process or Finance experience). Good knowledge of Microsoft PC Tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio…) and English Fluent is a must.

Furthermore, the following skills and experiences would be an asset: ​ ​

  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability

  • Can work independently but is also an excellent team player

  • Able to handle challenging situations from both system and people point of view

  • Excellent at planning, organizing and prioritizing

  • Capable to handle and react on ad hoc events

  • Able to build bridges and partnership with other teams within BD
