The Manager, Customer and Data Support (CDS Manager) directly manages the team of individuals responsible for overall customer satisfaction for the Integrated Solutions platform. The manager of the customer support team is responsible for training, equipping and empowering the CDS team to provide an excellent customer experience and timely resolution of any customer complaints.

The Manager, Customer and Data Support (CDS Manager) directly manages the team of individuals responsible for overall customer satisfaction for the Integrated Solutions platform. The manager of the customer support team is responsible for training, equipping and empowering the CDS team to provide an excellent customer experience and timely resolution of any customer complaints.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall satisfaction of the HealthSight portfolio of products as measured by customer satisfaction scores

  • Create and maintain processes related to timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints

  • Collaborate with Sr Leadership and Quality to drive results in improving our quality metrics year over year

  • Oversee and manage the team of customer and data support analysts

  • Has in-depth functional expertise and broad knowledge of the HealthSight suite of products

  • Demonstrates deep customer, technical/regulatory and/or clinical expertise; collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to customer issues

  • Assist in prioritization of support efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of- customer feedback, and timelines

  • Works closely with the customers to develop a customer centric mindset on the team

  • Is self-motivated to go above and beyond for superior customer service

  • Exhibits competency in Microsoft Office Professional tools, Virtual and Live Presentations, and tactical prioritization of responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3 years related experience

  • Proven product knowledge in business area
