Job Description Summary

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing processes, methodologies and statistical tools required to collect, analyze and trend customer product complaint data to proactively identify potential product quality defect trends. He/she ensures appropriate metrics are defined, measured and analyzed for continuous improvement opportunity and product quality performance. Additionally, the incumbent will provide quantitative & qualitative analysis and insights relevant to the Greater Asia Quality Leadership Team (GA QLT); lead cross-functional/business unit projects; comfortable working on independent analytics projects and also be able to work with specialist experts on larger, more complex initiatives.

Job Description

  • Translate the GA Quality directives into analytical projects, constantly asking the “right questions” to craft & refine potential hypotheses and outline the data visualisation storyboard

  • Conduct analysis using in-house approved analytics tools, and be comfortable to work with complex multiple data sources

  • Building and maintaining GA Quality dashboards for internal customers using internal visualisation tools Provide qualitative & quantitative analysis and insights to GA QLT on potential product quality defect trends and customer sentiments; synthesising data and analysis into action-leaning reports for internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate and lead GA Quality product complaint review meetings to communicate key findings to internal stakeholders, seek feedback on quality of analysis and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Responsible for communicating Adverse Event (AE) risks, trends, issues, or concerns in a timely fashion to the management team

  • Develops and maintains a library of previous data analytics requests/projects and own the central data repository of case studies / outputs

  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with external and internal customers Develops and implements reports, tools, queries and procedures as to support M&A integration processes

  • Where necessary, capable of providing ad-hoc reports or analytics requests delivering in a thorough & accurate analysis in a timely fashion
