BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Regional Supply Planner (1 Year Contract) in The Strategy, Singapore
Job Description Summary
Supply Management (40%)
Perform weekly supply alert monitoring and take action to drive optimization of both supply and inventory.
Participate in the supply review meetings with source to review critical supply
Provide timely and qualitative supply analysis on critical items to country, provide scenarios & recovery options to help business mitigate financial risk.
Monitor and expedite intercompany shipments, identify and communicate critical shipment priorities to country shipping team when required
Prepare BO and inventory projection.
Manage close to expire inventories
Identify E&O, follow through on disposition and reduction opportunities. Drives root cause analysis and CI to prevent new occurrence.
Execute manual allocation process from order creation to shipment tracking
Support regulatory projects for inventory build requirements based on different registration timeline over different years
Seek approval for stock build plan before order execution
Support product discontinuation and life cycle planning in multiple phases across different years
Work with Demand Planners to remove obsoleted forecast
Highlight inventory risks and work with country and regional stakeholders on revenue mitigations
Coordinate with different stakeholders to drive project execution and communication
Provide analytics reports/ dashboards as required
Attend project meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
