This position assists with engineering activities and performs tasks associated with those activities.
Coordination of test protocols and reports on a project level.
Coordinate multiple development builds.
Assist in statistical analysis of data.
Test and document experimental results in a manner that complies with GMP and GLP guidelines.
Provide process/test method training to Manufacturing/QC personnel and other technicians.
Assists with decision making.
Maintains accurate data, analyzes and assists in drawing conclusions.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of BPV policies and ISO and FDA requirements.
Develops new tests.
May present data findings to management or peers.
Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and equipment to produce products that meet customer requirements and are cost effective.
Responsible for assisting in system assurance including documentation, testing and inspection, product and process development, and non-conforming product investigations. Will assist in the support of Manufacturing, New Product Development and Regulatory to ensure systems are in compliance with all internal and external guidelines.
Responsible for assisting in concept generation, design, development and evaluation of new products, materials and technologies
Above average proficiency in personal computers required.
Advanced technical skills (g., SolidWorks, Statgraphics, Project).
Ability to coordinate projects.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP and ISO requirements a plus.
Performs job with accuracy and attention to detail.
Associates degree in science, math or engineering with 4 years related experience, or a minimum of 8 years related experience.
Exposure to statistical analysis and experimental design helpful.
