Responsibilities include working with the Marketing Communications team on various projects. Some projects to include marketing database management and meeting & conventions support.

Digital

  • Working through both the RepDrive and biopsy drive to help clean it out and rename files

  • Work with product teams on old documents to confirm keep/update/obsolete status.

  • Current document upload and recording/tracking.

  • Update customer database

Meeting Support

  • Process POs, check requests and meeting related paperwork.

  • Assist with regional meeting coordination,

  • Clean up MSR form based on current fulfillment.

  • Tag show leads and compile into database. Exporting reports of data usage, traffic, and submissions in easy to use reports

  • Organize Marketing Material depository

  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English.

  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and MS Access.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, possessing excellent organizational, analytical and logistical planning skills.

  • Working towards Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong attention to details and high level of professionalism.

  • Good judgment and maturity with a strong work ethic.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
