KEY RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
负责新检验员的培训及检验员的周期性资格考核； 协助主管做好抽样方案的评估及优化； 原辅材料、过程检验、成品检验、产品周期检验及相关验证等的检验工作,确保数据准确，及时出报告； 对测试结果进行统计分析； 负责检验报告的填写、分发及检验记录的整理和保存； 对于检验过程中发现的产品质量不合格情况通知上级主管，并视情况签发不合格品报告或纠正预防措施； 负责产品检验状态标识和成品留样的管理； 按要求执行QA/QC实验室5S工作； 遵守并执行所有的EHS体系的要求；
SKILLS AND ABILITIES （技能）
具有大专或以上学历； 能熟练使用常规的测量工具,如三坐标测量仪，OGP测量仪，Instron 拉力仪器等； 具有基本的数据统计知识，如GB2828抽样，CPK&PPK计算； 具有良好的观测能力及问题分析能力，如X-bar控制图等； 熟悉计算机的使用，如Excel,Word等； 了解GMP/ISO13485质量管理体系知识。 能适应三班检验工作。
DESIRABLE （优先条件）
有医疗器械或制药行业质量检验工作经验优先 裸眼视力1.0以上优先
