JOB SUMMARY

Reports directly to the Raw Materials Warehouse Lead Business Unit Coordinator. Utilizes SAP/Apriso system to identify material locations for storage and retrieval of component requirements as well as in support of cycle counting functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create shipment off of delivers. Key in labels when applicable

Contact the carrier dispatcher via telephone with the load information for trailer pick-up.

Create Shipper without Reference on SAP. Weigh product and determine the way to ship in consideration with type of service on shipping request.

Manually create bill of lading to correspond with mode of transportation selected.

Maintain documentation/records in the Shipping department.

Check MB52 and create manual load list.

Check shipping request for accuracy. Create shipment with deliveries attached.

Maintain trailer yard and ensure available trailers meet load needs.

Communicate with Expeditors for export shipments. Responsible for GTS

Troubleshoot issues that arise.

Allocate and distribution of released inventory and non-sterile material.

Monitor storage locations 1004, 1006, and 1007 to ensure accurate inventory

Create deliveries and shipments. Post goods issue for all loads.

Indirectly supervise 4 associates to ensure work assignments are completed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform miscellaneous duties as required such as participation in physical inventories, project assignments,

cycle counting, etc.
