Job Description SummaryThe Sr. Marketing Manager (Customer Experience and Communications) role encompasses driving the customer relationship to develop the strategies and tactics to retain existing customers while enhancing profitability as well as nurture and guide prospects already on our database on their path to purchase. In this role, this person will leverage owned social media (it will include events and other related activities) across multiple properties/communities to retain customers, nurture prospects and assist in acquiring new customers. This person will leverage relationships with the entire Home Care team (Finance, Sales, Operations, compliance and Marketing teams) to achieve our business goals. The right candidate will possess the right balance of strategic thinking, communications experience, project management and creative abilities and be able to apply these traits to increase the performance of the business.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing in Stuart, FL, and partnering with the Sr. Marketing Manager, (Customer Acquisition), and the entire HomeCare marketing team, the person in this newly created role must be able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify and then communicate the key messaging/story. The Manager will partner with external resources as needed and manage one direct report.

Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will play in a key role in the future of the marketing team as we move to a nurture/trigger marketing funnel to generate sales revenue. This Manager will be focused on the creation of content that will help guide the prospects to become customers; retain our customers; reactivate prospects. Additionally, there will be some work focused on communicating with employees. The Manager will be working with Bard Brand Ambassadors to fuel our social media content. It is envisioned that the Manger will play a key role in our non-paid social media efforts which will include events, community participation in addition to other prospect access points (blogs for example).

  • Guide the development of strategy and tactics, using internal or external resources, of marketing materials for marketing campaigns to unconverted prospects, existing active customers (retention and cross-selling) and win back programs with inactive customers.

  • Manage the development of all collateral materials for marketing campaigns for internal, clinical and consumer segments.

  • Focusing on owned (nonpaid social media) driving Social media calendar and content; email and other trigger events/responsesOversee events and other external marketing activities as required.

  • Collaborate in the development of the nurture/trigger event funnel for the customer journey to purchase and retention.

  • Manage external resources to achieve our business goals. Be able to craft solid creative briefs to guide external resources.

  • Focusing on owned (nonpaid social media) driving Social media calendar and content; email and other trigger events/responses

  • Analyze and report on results with an eye towards finding insights to propel the business forward.

  • Working with the Director, Marketing on supporting PR initiatives.

  • Be the Brand Steward for the marketing team.

  • Oversee the Marketing Project Specialist.

  • Provides work direction plus has responsibility for hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline, and discharge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing organizatoin. B2C and B2B lead generation experience in healthcare a plus.

  • Experience in trigger marketing/nurturing campaigns.

  • Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas and value propositions.

  • Proven track record of working successfully with external partners.

  • Portfolio of well-designed communications that impacted an outcome.

  • Writing experience.

  • Design experience a plus.

  • Practical knowledge of social media, corporate communications. PR and DRTV a plus.

  • Website/Social media development

  • Demonstrated ability to write/communicate clearly and persuasively.

  • Project management. Ability to be a good copy editor.

  • Demonstrated ability to use Tableau, excel or similar applications to help understand data.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Proven ability to handle basic design using software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. Dreamweaver and Web tools a plus.
