Job Description Accountabilities
Customer Order Management is responsible for processing and expediting customer requestsand designing and improving the order management process and systems by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution

Duties & Responsibilities include any of the following as assigned by your Supervisor:
Keeps management informed of critical service developments.
Monitors actual and potential WIP material shortages.
Enter and process all incoming customer requests
Set up and document the order process for new customers
Manage company's shipping vendors
Complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy
Provide customer service for BD customers
Demonstrates working knowledge of business practices and procedures
Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features used in customers' businesses
Interprets and applies systems knowledge and tools to manage customer requests with supervision
Resolves routine problems/issues
Coordinates problem resolution with alternate sources
Offers customers alternatives based on available tools and information
Qualifications
High school diploma
1-2 years of experience
Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
Primary Work LocationUSA CA - San Diego TC Bldg C&D
