ABOUT MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

As part of the Medical Segment, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit believes that everything begins with—and centers around—the patient. Everyone from the pharmacy technician to the nurse at the bedside face thousands of decisions every day that can impact the safety of both their patients and themselves. JOB SUMMARY

Based in the worldwide headquarters of Medication Management Solutions (MMS) in San Diego, CA, this position is the lead HR business partner supporting the global commercial platform teams and the US region sales team.

This HR leadership role partners with the global commercial senior leaders and their teams to develop and execute the strategy that will drive organizational performance and increase associate engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and supports client groups to ensure an optimal organizational structure and talent profiles are in place to support the business strategy.

  • Is the trusted advisor to client leaders aiding in the execution of the business and people agenda.

  • Develops holistic strategies to facilitate an inclusive and diverse culture.

  • Acts as the talent advisor to facilitate and champion strong succession pipelines.

  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to drive and/or lead change to increase the associate experience.

  • Leverages analytics to drive the case for change. Facilitates change management initiatives using a disciplined methodology.

  • Partners with the Center of Excellence Teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total rewards to drive their client’s business and people agenda.

  • Lead global MMS wide initiatives as assigned to support change across the global business unit.

  • Knowledgeable of healthcare industry trends and its relevance to the leaders he/she supports.

  • Provides consultative guidance for compensation and facilitate appropriate compensation reviews.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field required.

  • Advanced degree (MBA/ Masters in HR or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 12-15 years professional experience in HR, with at least 6 in a generalist capacity.

  • Experience working in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organization is preferred.

  • Experience working in/with OUS geographies is preferred.

  • Demonstrates high proficiency in leadership development, change management, organizational design/workforce planning.

  • Ability to interface with various business clients and adeptly navigate a variety of business opportunities and challenges.
