BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) NASC Order Fulfillment Reporting Analyst in San Antonio, Texas
Job Description SummaryThis position reports to the Director, Order Fulfillment and the purpose of this position is to plan, organize, coordinate and manage the creation and delivery of the reporting needs of the Order Fulfillment function within North America Supply Chain. This position supports the Claims and E-Business operational teams by providing reports and dashboards needed to drive foundational operational capabilities, identifying trends to improve operational metrics, monitor daily/weekly/ monthly SLA’s/KPI’s performance, to ultimately improve the Customer Experience.
Act as owner of all Order Fulfillment analytics deliverables - defining, creating, developing and deploying new analytics, reports, dashboards and scorecards to satisfy metrics and analysis reporting requirements.
Gather and analyze appropriate metrics, data and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics to help initiate improvements.
Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures and technologies.
Provide staff with technical support and guidance on Order Fulfillment analytics processes and tools.
Stay current on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize reporting capabilities of the organization
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered.
Monitor and conduct periodic reviews of Order Fulfillment metrics with Order Fulfillment Leadership to show ongoing trends. This includes both operational data and productivity /performance data of associates.
Support ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration 3+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics
Experience using PowerBI or equivalent
Prior experience with at least 1 ERP platform, preferably SAP or JDE
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced analytical skills with capability to interpret large amounts of data to draw logical conclusions and make sound business recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills using data to support decisions
Capability to aggregate data from multiple systems into both simple and complex data visualization tools and platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to independently compose routine written communications and prepare presentations to convey a message to all levels of the organization
Aptitude to think conceptually and understand strategic concepts
High level of comfort working in an environment with ambiguity and changing priorities
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in all facets of work
