Vascular Access Devices, a sub-business unit of Medication Delivery Solutions, focuses on developing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality medical devices used by clinicians throughout the worldwide healthcare industry to access a patient’s vasculature. Our devices assist in the delivery of chemotherapy, blood products, antibiotics, and nutrition.
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources professional staff. Performs various office support duties such as receptionist coverage. Data entry/ HRIS Administration and maintenance. Completes general clerical duties as needed.

Data entry into CR Bard HRIS system.
Performs payroll submission.
Provides coverage to Receptionist for breaks and other times the Receptionist may be absent.
May perform other miscellaneous errands such as picking up supplies, delivering messages or reports.
Assists department in general clerical duties as needed.
Routes documents for signature approval.
Provide backup coverage for the HR Coordinator, General HR staff and training systems.
Filing and maintenance of employee folders.
Scheduling interviews for HR staff.
Assisting HR staff with benefit enrollment maintenance.
May assist with new hire orientation.
Assists in creation and maintenance of organization charts.
Assists with the maintenance of job descriptions.
Helps to maintain Performance management system.
A minimum of two (2) years administrative support experience or equivalent.
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Must be detail oriented with high attention to accuracy.
Previous customer support experience, with demonstrated human relation skills.
Preferred experience in:
HR department experience
HRIS experience such as PeopleSoft or Workday
Processing Payroll such as ADP
The incumbent must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated human relation skills and customer support orientation.
Excellent telephone skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and good organizational skills.
Intermediate understanding of the use of PC’s, including documents and spreadsheets applications, and HRIS applications.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize workload.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily tasks.
Basic understanding of HR policy and procedures.
This position is in an office environment and requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. The incumbent may also be required to lift up to twenty five pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
