Overview:

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner Contractor is hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The HR Business partner will be personally responsible for an array of key areas and client groups. The incumbent will primarily drive Recruitment. The HR Business Partner will also be called upon to participate in or lead a variety of functional and cross-functional projects. The contract is approximately for 6-8 months.

Essential job Functions:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes initiating intake meetings with hiring leaders, creating sourcing strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes.

  • Communicate proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants are updated and well informed on a consistent basis.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and semi-active candidates for high volume and hard-to-fill positions through referrals, social media and exploratory interviews.

  • Partner and consult with leadership to influence and facilitate the development of their organizational priorities and related change initiatives.

  • Serves as a competent and trusted consultant and advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees.

  • Assist with identifying trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.

  • Proactively participate and lead local communication/engagement plans aimed at optimizing employee engagement and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Organize, plan and conduct manager and employee trainings.

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with company.

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and general human resource administration.

  • Administers annual HR-driven activities

  • Other related HR duties as assigned.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.

  • Analytical skills: ability to navigate numerical data, sees trends, and draws conclusions.

  • HRIS or Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
