Job Description Summary
• Managing large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project's objectives.
• Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
• Provide support to Customers in the design, delivery and knowledge transfer of Pyxis® technology solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the Pyxis® business and contribute to developing a best in class implementation team.
• Drive all technical, application, installation and training elements of dispensing product implementations to meet project timelines and established revenue objectives which may involve hands on approach at times.
Primary Role Responsibilities

Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables
Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
Demonstrates understanding of and identifies project interdependencies.
Ensures project is delivered within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.
Actively leads and motivates cross-functional and/or multi-site teams for medium to large projects.
Developed knowledge and ability to discuss applicable products and technologies.
Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family.
Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Usually determines own work priorities.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
2-4 years’ experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification or similar qualification.
Required: Proficient working clinical English, written and spoken.
Desirable: Competency in any additional language: spoken & written.
Essential Technical & Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong previous working knowledge of large Clinical IT Projects as a Project Manager.
Possess a good Technical and Business ability within the Healthcare IT Sector.
Strong stakeholder management to meet business expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to lead project working groups from BD, Customer and external Vendors.
Self-starter; able to work alone and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, organized and creative
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
