Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will act as market expert for the division in France : You will be responsible for all product questions and product information.
You will develop synergy with other divisions.

As an Operational Marketing Manager , you :
Act as market expert for the BD/BardCare division:
Product knowledge; conduct regional and in-country product and clinical training
Develop marketing materials in local language; conduct marketing campaigns
Then, you are in charge of new Product launch
Pre-launch preparation including :
Surveys of market potential
Forecasts and pricing with Sales team
Monitor implementation of Centres d’Excellence
You post launch tracking for new products
Adjustment of strategy regarding post launch
Understand reimbursement rules/environment
Developing tactics, measuring sales reps activity and comparing best practices
You are responsible for Forecasting and NPOAs (New Product Opportunity Appraisal).
Respond to sensitivity reports from Olen (European warehouse)
Assist/support sales management with the budgeting process
In addition to, you :
Assist with preparation of tender documents, registration; information source for tender documentation
Attend local sales meetings and provide product presentations
Provide sales force with tools when needed
Identify product knowledge gaps and provide training accordingly
Execute National and international competitive intelligence (products/ market share and operations on field)
Being part of the snitem sectorial group to defend business
Attend advisory board, international and national congresses and other operations on field and assist sales reps (Co-travel with reps to prepare advisory boards and other manifestations)
Monthly or quarterly visit to customers according to the french BD/BardCare strategy
Develop relationships with regional KOLs and scientific communities/associations in coordination with the National Sales Manager
Who You Are?
Post-graduate diploma in Marketing/Sales
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Solid understanding of financials and work with teams to implement ROI standards, build success measurement tools , analyze results and effectively communicate results to management on individual projects.
Native French + E xcellent English skills
Strong relationship building skill s; demonstrated leadership coupled with the ability to work well with people at all levels and in all functions of the organization as well as with external agencies.
Good project management skills; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills.
Computer skills (Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
