Job Description Summary
We are currently recruiting a WW Supply Network Planner to join our Supply Chain department in Le Pont de Claix (Grenoble).
Reporting to the WW SNP Manager, the Supply Network Planner is responsible for the continuity of supply, ensuring service to customers according performance levels set by the business while optimizing inventory levels, on 12 months of the MPS horizon.
The Supply Network Planner is assigned by plant or by product portfolio for a given plant.
He deals the global demand on its portfolio and interacts with regional stakeholders WW to understand markets dynamics on therapeutic classes and / or customers and business strategies.
As a WW Supply Network Planner you :
Interacting with plant , you maintains a daily point of contact with plant planner(s), focused on delivering the best service to customers by:
defining consolidated requirements for the plant on the MPS horizon, 0 to 12 months,
sharing business and strategic inputs to get production plans aligned as much as possible to business goals. He co-builds the MPS in collaboration with plant planner(s) in charge of MPS activities,
ensuring a close follow-up on plan execution, setting promised dates in the system, monitoring delivery plans, defining and implementing appropriate corrective actions when plant deliveries are at risk.
Interacting with business partners , you collaborate with internal stakeholders, Customer Service for EU & NA, BDM-PS planning contacts for APAC & LATINA, regional Sales, GAM & CSL, and Demand Management.
Interacting with S&OP planners , the SNP shares the challenges identified on its portfolio, focusing on the 9 to 12 months period. You share scenarii built for decision making, potentially by the S&OP committee.
Inventory management :
the Supply Network Planner defines the planning and inventory strategies for its portfolio, by SKU, according business needs (considering regional specificities) and targets (consistently with the annual global inventory policy defined and adjusted by global planners at S&OP level)
the SNP monitors inventory levels / projections to identify major risks (shortage and overstock) and define mitigation plans,
the SNP is accountable for tracking blocked stocks and get decision made for release, rework or destruction.
Project management :
- The Supply Network Planner interacts with appropriate contacts at plant level, with transversal and/or global stakeholders to get the good level of information related to phase-in & phase-out projects (local or global) impacting capacity and supply plans to customers.
Key Performance Indicators per perimeter: Service Level (OTIF) , Back Order , I nventory levels , Turns
Metrics related to the portfolio are analyzed and used as key drivers for discussions with plant planers, MPS adjustments and scenarii build for arbitration and decision when needed.
The SNP controls the trends and ensures a dynamic continuous improvement on its perimeter.
Who are you?

You have a background in supply chain.
You also have :
A strong analytical skills and probing approach coupled with the ability to work well with people.
An excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
A fluent English level
