We are currently recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Process Integrator to join our WW Business Process Department at BD in Le Pont de Claix (Grenoble).

As a Supply Chain Process Integrator, you will be responsible of controlling, harmonizing and improving the planning processes within BD Pharm Systems.

You will facilitate a network of 20 demand and supply planners in all regions (Europe, North America, Asia, and Latin America) to solve process / IT issues, and to bring all planners to a high level of knowledge. You will represent BD Pharm Systems in the cross businesses forum organized by BD.

You will contribute to the development of innovative supply chain solutions, improving the way BD is planning End to End across the network.

Main responsibilities

• Lead / co-lead main projects of supply Chain improvement.

• Provide expertise in the design and application of the business process and system integration.

•Facilitate the end user network to identify issues and share best practices.

•Train super users and end users to keep a high level of knowledge.

•Manage the training materials (process overviews / job aids).

Is responsible of monitoring the monthly planning runs to bring the right requirements to the 6 plants, calculated based on the worldwide customer demand.

•Is in relation with BD IT teams to solve incidents and bring new functionalities to the end users.

•Propose and build tools to make system use easier, in a “Proof Of Concept” mode or for more sustainable use.

•Focus on keeping One Source of Truth across Supply Chain, which must be integrated in the System.

•Is responsible of defining the business rules for master data management, and monitoring that master data are updated by end users.

About you

To deliver the results that we are looking for, you are a professional educated to degree-level (preferably in Engineering) with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Planning.

You have a strong communication skill, the capacity to listen and understand users’ and stakeholders expectations. You have analytical mind and deductive skills to understand the processes and propose improvements. You have a continuous improvement mindset.

You have a good knowledge of all aspects of demand management, supply management and inventory management as well as a solid understanding of the financial implications of supply chain activity (inventory, excess and obsolete, transportation, and warehousing).

You have a strong knowledge of integrated ERP systems (ideally SAP ECC & SCM) and you are familiar with Excel (including Visual Basics) and Powerpoint.

You are fluent in English.
