Sales Geography Definition: The Sales Leader France MMS BD ROWA DRI is in charge of sales activities for sales orders and revenues within the following Sales Territory(ies):
- Sales Regions: France mainland (excluding French islands territories)
Market Definition / following customer segments:
Community pharmacies owned by independent business owners or pharmacists
Community pharmacies owned by corporate chains
Veterinarians & veterinarians clinics
Pharmaceutical Distributors (PDC)
Pharmaceutical Mail-Order Pharmacies (PDC)
Pharmaceutical Packaging Centers (PPC)
Specifically excluded from the sales market definition are:
In-patient or out-patient Pharmacies owned and/or operated by a hospital
Sales Product Definition: This Sales Incentive Program is valid for sales orders and revenues related to the following products and services:
Rowa Systems from Rowa production (e.g. Vmax, Smart, Crate, Vmotion, Vpoint, etc.)
Rowa Conveyor technology as system option as well as retrofit option to existing Rowa System
Rowa Retrofit kits for Rowa Systems (e.g. refrigerator, Prolog, conveyors, MedPort, etc.)
Rowa approved third party retrofit kits, options or components
Rowa IMAC Services such as Installations (incl. Logistics, onsite installation and activation „IB“), Move, Add and Change Services. This includes customer trainings.
Rowa Break & Fix Services delivered by BD Rowa or BD Rowa authorized Service Partner
DRI Regional Sales Leader-Responsibilities
The DRI Regional Sales Leader has obligations and responsibilities in representing the company within the defined sales region and customer segment. The following Sales Leader responsibilities are delegated by the company to the DRI Regional Sales Leader:
Break down Revenue Sales Plan target to each individual sales representative in the sales region and add individual Order Targets and communicate the plan details to each sales representative based on BD Rowa SIP templates.
Talent Management and development of sales team members
Strategic planning of sales region development in regards to customer identification, market approach and geographic sales coverage.
Organize and prepare Quarterly business reviews (QBR) with Sales representatives
Initiate, plan and support actively regional and nationwide customer sales events
Work actively with the sales team to document and update all sales opportunity in BD’s CRM Opportunity Management tool on a weekly basis
Participation of trade shows with the defined sales market and customer segment
Enable the sales team and each team member for project acquisitions and project order closures
Active support in receivables collection for related customers in case of open unpaid invoices
Active customer management in case of Service problems and/or product problems
Manage Sales expenses actively and with focus on reasonable expense culture within defined cost limits as defined in cost plan according to the Cost target.
Take adequate actions in case of cost exceeds cost targets.
Preparation and participation of quarterly business (QBR) reviews with DRI Sales Director International and/or DRI Sales Director West Europe.
Create and maintain business critical relationships to customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies within the defined sales territory and market.
Doctor in pharmacy, you know well the automatisation market within the pharmacy industry. You have ideally a proven reccord of management of a sales team within the pharmacies industry. You will be close to your team to help them developpe and increase their sales revenue.
