Job Description Summary

As part of the BDM – Pharmaceutical system division, the Regional Marketing Manager Chronic Condition is accountable for planning, executing and measuring a range of multi-touch marketing programs in EU for a defined set of customers in the therapeutic class defined as Chronic Conditions (ie Biotech). Key activities of the role will include to drive Chronic Condition revenue, to own Chronic account-based planning and intelligence gathering, drive demand creation, sales enablement and brand support. The role requires deep Chronic conditions and product expertise in the area of Pre-Fillable syringes and associated medical solutions such as: safety devices, pen and Auto-injector devices.

Job Description

Responsabilities:

  • Prioritize and group accounts by common attributes in the chronic condition segments

  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for the chronic conditions accounts.

  • Partner with sales to develop and execute account planning ie: Miller Heimann gold/blue sheet

  • Understand and analyze accounts portfolio including how key accounts contributes to the overall chronic portfolio revenue

  • Work X-functionally especially with Sales, portfolio marketing, demand generation, commercial excellence to define and establish workflows eg: campaign personalization and execution, leads hand-offs

  • Partner with portfolio marketing, business directors to provide on-going data & insights into chronic conditions accounts from internal & external sources to drive relevance and timely execution

  • Define and execute marketing programs on behalf of sales and demonstrate to sales account manager how to execute program element on their own

  • Provide light customization of campaigns according to analysis of buyer journey & needs, Chronic market trends

  • Determine which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for chronic conditions account planning

  • Work with demand generation, digital teams to adapt campaign messaging and improve response and opportunity conversion rate

  • Provide sales enablement to drive customer centricity and revenue impact

  • Partner with commercial excellence to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics ex: #qualified marketing leads, leads conversion rate, marketing led revenue for chronic, pipeline of opportunity creation; SOS
