As the Medical Affairs Coordinator, you will work on administrative tasks within Medical Affairs in order to provide support to MA team members.

Your main responsibilities:

Support to medical affairs

You will provide administrative and scientific support to medical affairs as per needs.

You bring support to research studies conducted at BD with the nurse school : you provide help to prepare products for studies (clinical and non clinical): take notes, help with organization (camera, pads, belts…)

You create database for studies

You also provide support to extend the tool to track requests to Clinical and human factor team: leverage on existing process.

You help with bibliographic searches and synthesis of findings

Support to product development projects

You are responsible for proper tracking of all ongoing projects and related to change control to support Product Safety and Medical Affairs functions.

Support to legacy project

You finally track clinical and human factors activities so that reporting can be done on the topic

Who you are:

  • Technical background with skills in either chemistry, biology, microbiology, quality control, animal studies, sterilization, manufacturing process

  • Ability to follow processes and excellent knowledge of excel

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (French/English).

  • Curiosity outside of own field of knowledge (biology / chemistry/ manufacturing process / organization / material science / design control …). Autonomous.

  • Ability to grasp complexity, multitask and track multiple projects at various stages. Knowledge in project management.

  • Critical thinking, able to conduct rigorous analysis, attention to detail, quality oriented, proactive, organized, persistent, willing to improve, able to deal with ambiguity,

  • Ability to work cross functionally, team player

  • At ease with commonly used IT tools
