Job Description Summary

The HR Business Partner Manufacturing for Pharmaceutical Systems is supporting the WW Operations and WW Quality that are based in Pont de Claix. He is managing Plants HR in 5 locations. This is a critical role for this organization and the HRBP will work closely with Leaders & Head of Department to develop and deliver an HR agenda aligned to the business & functional strategy. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with functions & business leaders regarding HR agenda development. Creates the HR/workforce component of the business plan. Identifies the internal and external resources that are needed to accomplish the HR component, and monitors progress towards its key objectives.

  • Based on business and functions strategy, works to identify, design and implement appropriate organizational structures and key capabilities required to achieve business objectives. Acts as change agent.

  • Working closely with the Global Operation and Supply Chain organization, leads the HR strategy for the 5 Pharmaceutical Systems plants based in France, Hungary, Mexico, UK and US. Continually coach, develop and grow the Plant HR Managers at each of the manufacturing sites to best support the needs of the business and the local manufacturing organization.

  • As a member of the HR OSC team works on cross-business projects and represents Pharmaceutical Systems in functional forums.

  • Assesses competencies that are required to meet strategic objectives, and the capability of the organization to maximize business opportunities. Identifies opportunities to fill competency gaps through talent acquisition and talent development.

  • Works with the appropriate BD entities (i.e Center Of Excellence, Associate Service Center, Regional HR team & Corporate HR Departments) to customize HR programs & HR communications as appropriate for the business.

  • Leads the functional leadership team discussion of HR issues. Influences this team to introduce programs & initiatives. Identifies opportunities and problems that require decisions and approval by the leadership team. Gathers and presents the relevant information to enable the leaders to understand and take action regarding HR related business needs and opportunities. Facilitates business decisions related to approval or rejection of these opportunities.

  • Leads the creation and implementation of a clear Talent Management plan.

  • Lead the management, measurement and reporting of labor availability at the plants, as well as counter measures to improve recruitment, retention and the employee experience. This includes monitoring recruiting and retention KPIs including filling openings, turnover and attendance. Determines how this information should drive change and continuous improvement across the business.

  • Evaluates internal and external HR related tools/options for solving problems. Provides recommendations to the leaders, and is responsible for developing important internal and external relationships.

  • Provides HR leadership through collaboration with BD leaders to evaluate and resolve business needs.
