The Transactional Planning & Logistic coordinator, AP SSC will coordinate transactional ordering process, generate and analysis report.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Greater Asia Country to place Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to Source mainly in USA & Europe.

Monitor open and past due orders for potential shortage and follow up with source and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of Stock Transport Order (STO) or Purchase Order (PO).

Provides supply visibility report to update Countries on order and delivery status.

Manage countries enquiries, special order, demand and/or order changes

Generate and analysis report daily and correct any errors from the report. Proactively follow up with status update

Works with Countries to ensure master data synchronization and follow through on any system changes.

Work with Countries to support return and claim request

Monitor System Invoice Posting status and take necessary action to correct the error, coordinate with BD Finance to repost the Invoice.

Trouble shooting, analysis the root cause and work out with corrective and preventive actions

Prepare and refresh Desk Top Procedure, Job Aid and SOP.

Coordinate with Freight Payment Management vendor and logistics service providers to ensure timely submission of freight invoices

Work with Freight Payment Management vendor and logistics service providers on freight invoice validation to ensure correct freight billing to BD

Works closely with BD Finance to ensure correct logistics expense allocation and accrual is provided timely to various business units and functions

Support BD logistics in refreshing all BD job aids and SOP.

Perform any other tasks as assigned

Drive accuracy and efficiency in daily operation to meet the KPI target

Key Competencies & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business or related

  • 1 plus years of working experience

  • Possess good Microsoft Excel skills, good analytical skills and meticulous with numbers

  • A good team player and independent worker

  • Good communication skills

  • Self-starter, responsible and ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams
