To strengthen the BENELUX Sales and Marketing Management team, we are looking for a:
Business Leadership Assistant
Role: You will be mainly supporting the Benelux Sales and Marketing Management team by providing administrative support to the business managers.
Provide general administrative support to the department
Organize and coordinate internal & external meetings/events
Keep schedules for managers and arrange diaries
Assists manager in a close follow up of ongoing projects or customer requests.
Efficient and professional management of external telephone enquiries with a strong emphasis on customer care and timely response.
Ensure effective internal communication using different channels as intranet, emailing, information boards
Updating and optimizing the intranet and other communication channels (e.g. social media)
Organize internal and external communication
Schedule and book travel for assigned Managers
Assure all administrative office materials are available
Order sales & marketing related items
Strong administrative & organizational skills
Have the ability to screen, prioritize and effectively manage information flows
Accurate, with an eye for detail
Hands-on and calm under pressure
Creative with a hands-on and proactive mindset
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French, any additional European language is a plus
Good MS Office knowledge (Word , Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
