BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Athena 2 Customer Order Management Process Lead in Erembodegem, Belgium
Job Description Summary
The lead will have to work closely with other Functional/Process leaders and various business stakeholders as well as IT teams to ensure any proposed solution is aligned with their Athena 2 strategic objectives and their Athena 2 process design.
Following the business requirement identification and the blueprinting phase, the lead will work with various partners (internal and external) to develop, implement and monitor the delivery of the solutions. The COM lead will play a key role in ensuring the delivery is aligned to the proposed solution and the COM requirements.
Ensure a healthy A2 COM project & operational resource plan is available and the program and operations are staffed for success for each of the program phases (from discovery till stabilisation)
From a Business Readiness point of view, the Athena 2 COM lead needs to understand what is changing in the different sub-process areas and what is not changing. He/she needs to identify & work out mitigation plans for the high and medium-risk changes in his/her area of responsibility.
Manage key stakeholder engagement & change management by organizing/communicating regularly with key stakeholders to discuss project activities, progress and hurdles, and/or support required.
Ensure that all localization requirements are captured and that all new change requests are fully documented and routed through the approval process.
In working together with BD, CG, Deloitte testing teams and Athena 2 Process Leads, the Athena 2 COM Lead helps to resolve road blocks with PQ testing activities and defects.
As required, provide guidance on Work Process Role Mapping questions and the organization of train-the-trainer and/or end-user training.
Overlook cutover simulation and execution activities. He/she will work proactively with other leads to resolve cutover issues for the Athena 2 program.
Oversee Go-Live / Post Go-Live stabilization support
Knowledge & Experience
The COM Process lead must mainly have comprehensive systems implementation experience, a high level of operational experience & expertise and interest in the areas of Order Management, Customer Consignment Management, Transaction digitization, Customer service & Supply Chain management.
A solid understanding of the End-2-End QTC process, and its key elements/players is recommended.
3-5 years demonstrated experience in similar role
Fluent in English is mandatory
Solid experience in Project management
Good all-level communicator, influencer & team player
Good at Connecting-the-dots, and explaining complex matters in an easy-to-understand way
Able to work with minimal supervision
Customer experience & Global mindset
High Performer in ambiguous, and time constrained situations
