BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Sales Tracing Specialist in Covington, Georgia
The Sales Tracing Specialist position is located at BD in Covington, GA.
This position is responsible for accurately verifying and processing sales tracings from our distributors, professionally responding to requests from our internal and external customers, determining the appropriate action, and follow-up in a timely manner.
Processes and record sales tracing data.
Processes rebate EDI data.
Interacting with the Rebates and Contracts departments to resolve problems.
Interacting with distributors and/or sales force to resolve any tracing discrepancies.
Communicates with sales force and sales administration.
Makes necessary changes to the account batch maintenance database.
Processes and records all check requests from distributors for sales tracing fees.
Records all incoming sales tracings and total dollar amount.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills, MS Excel, MS Word.
• Strong organizational skills

• Self-starter, responsible decision-maker
• Excellent analytical skills
3+ years experience in an analytical administration environment - sales tracing or rebate processing experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of office environment experience.
