BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Sales Enablement Coordinator in Covington, Georgia

The Sales Enablement Coordinator position is located at BD UCC Division in Covington, GA.

This Sales Enablement Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Enablement Team and the Field Sales Organization. This includes general day-to-day support for all activities that directly support the business’ sales initiatives.

  • Assist sales team with assigned tasks and support the daily operations needed to enable the success of the selling effort.

  • Answer and address inbound inquiries from strategic partners, employing prioritization and time management techniques to maximize efficiency.

  • Complete investigations into various sales related issues and resolve as needed.

  • Schedule and execute calls with internal teams (including Sales, Marketing, IT, Product Development, Finance, Corporate Shared Services) to address and resolve issues as needed.

  • Identify complexities or unique scenarios, and to diagnose and propose process updates for resolution.

  • Gain proficiency with internal tools such as Salesforce.com, and custom built systems for managing sales communication and reporting.

  • Provide first line and second line support to strategic partners by answering questions and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining critical reports for strategic partner management.

  • Operates under direct supervision with frequent reviews of work, and at times with minimal supervision.

  • Coordinates entire new sales hire process to include; all information relating testing, hiring, on-boarding, credentialing, training, fleet administration and monthly reporting for field sales personnel for their appropriate franchise

  • Maintains and coordinates the new hire education and development schedules, calendars, manuals and literature.

  • Maintains training materials within the e-training system. Issues assignments for domestic and international completion and maintains exam records.

  • Answers and direct phone calls, schedules appointments and meetings.

  • Books travel, hotel and ground transportation arrangements for all training, events and meetings.

  • Maintains event inventory in good working condition, is packed, shipped and received as required. Inspects exhibit booths for damage and arranges for repairs or replacement.

  • Coordinates all meetings and events for their appropriate franchise programs and conventions.

  • Establishes and maintains departmental files, Salesforce.com and other database systems.

  • Completes other duties assigned by management.

  • Experience learning complex internal systems and gaining proficiency quickly.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning, and execution.

  • Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves”.

  • Ability to build relationships across multiple departments and externally with customers.

  • Occasionally will need to work early or late to collaborate with strategic partners.

  • Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Customer facing experience with an outstanding customer service attitude.

  • Requires critical, strategic, and analytical thinking.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.

  • Associate’s Degree (AA/AS) or 3+ years of sales operations, customer support, partner support/enablement preferred

  • 2-5 years administrative and shipping experience required

Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 25 – 50 lbs pounds. Lifting ability is needed in order to successfully perform essential functions of this job.

Office environment with limited warehouse activity that includes packing and shipping product and materials when needed. #LI-CW1
