Job Description


  • 完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标;

  • 对代理商的分销渠道进行调整,提高竞争力及协调管理能力;

  • 与新代理商完成合同条款,签订合同;

  • 协助代理商拓展市场,达成销售指标;

  • 参与产品的招投标;

  • 对代理商和医院相关科室进行产品知识和销售技巧的培训;

  • 与重点客户建立良好的长期合作关系;

  • 制定明确的区域发展计划,配合代理商确定重点推广产品和市场活动。


  • 熟练掌握产品知识;

  • 出色的沟通能力;

  • 区域管理能力--通过有效的活动在负责区域中实现销售目标;

  • 掌握竞争性拜访的能力,,熟悉竞争产品的相关知识;

  • 独立的完成常规的推广活动;

  • 有效管理区域中的客户。


  • 医学、药学、生物、医学工程或相关领域专科以上学历;

  • 2年以上医药行业销售工作经验,医疗器械经验者优先;

  • 性格开朗、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;

  • 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;

  • 有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力。
